BEHIND THE MUSIC

Nate Russell is a 25 year old singer/songwriter based in Warner Robins, GA. Artists such as Keith Urban, John Mayer, and Hunter Hayes influence his guitar driven sound along with melodic and vocal influences such as Owl City and Relient K.

Nate's passion for music began at an early age as he began writing songs at age 10 and released his first EP titled "Stories" in 2012 alongside his brother, Matthew as the duo Broken & Healed. His second release "The Story So Far" was released on Soundcloud in 2017. Nate's upcoming projects include a series of singles to be released through the Summer/Fall of 2019.

Nate's music is strongly influenced by his Christian faith and he has been actively involved in leading worship at his church throughout his life. He began leading worship for his youth group while in high school and was a member of the worship teams at Asbury University. After graduating in 2016, Nate spent two years on staff at Immanuel Baptist Church in Lexington, KY as a worship leader before moving to Warner Robins.
